Balloon Payment

A payment added at the end to pay off a loan or withdraw a remaining balance.

If the Balloon option is selected from the Rounding dialog, TValue creates a balloon payment one payment period after the last payment shown in the cash flow matrix. If no payment period has been established, the balloon payment is placed one compounding period after the last payment.

From the Balance dialog, if the Create Balloon button is clicked, TValue creates a final payment on the date shown in the Balance dialog.
